The Role
As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies to transform business processes. This role involves designing and implementing AI workflows, optimizing models, and integrating intelligent systems into enterprise environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance AI solutions that create meaningful impact.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI workflows and models for performance and scalability.
- Build solutions using LangChain for agent-based and RAG systems.
- Optimize and scale AI/ML models for efficiency.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve AI outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate technical insights and findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and best practices.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with AI concepts such as Vertex AI, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, and Cloud Vision.
- Strong programming skills in Python (and optionally R or Java).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
- Proven experience in AI/ML projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Familiarity with LangChain and RAG systems.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques.
- Exposure to multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible AI practices.
