About the role
We're hiring AI Engineers to build and ship the systems behind Conquer AI's client work. You'll work close to production, not just prototypes, and see your work land with real users.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy AI models and pipelines for client projects.
- Work with LLMs, agentic systems and applied ML depending on the brief.
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to turn requirements into working systems.
- Debug, optimise and maintain models in production.
- Stay close to the latest tooling and bring it into the work where it helps.

What we are looking for
- Strong experience building and deploying ML or AI systems, not just research.
- Solid Python and familiarity with modern ML frameworks.
- Comfortable working across ambiguity, this is consultancy work with shifting briefs.
- Clear communicator who can explain technical decisions to non-technical clients.
- Genuine interest in where AI is heading and how it gets built.
