AI Developer | Trustmarque Ultima
Location: Hybrid – Office / Remote
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We’re looking for an AI Developer to join our growing AI team and help turn ideas and prototypes into secure, reliable and scalable solutions.
This isn’t just about experimenting with AI. You’ll build the integrations, workflows and automation that allow AI applications and agents to operate within real enterprise environments and deliver genuine business outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work across our AI, technology, security and functional teams to:
- Design, build and maintain integrations between AI applications and enterprise systems
- Develop workflows and automation supporting prioritised AI use cases
- Build APIs, connectors, tool calls and interfaces used by AI agents
- Integrate solutions with platforms such as Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, CRM and bespoke applications
- Use Power Automate and related technologies where they provide the right solution
- Implement authentication, identity, permissions and access controls alongside IT and Security
- Build robust logging, monitoring, exception handling and recovery processes
- Take AI and automation prototypes through to resilient, production-ready services
- Develop reusable integration components and patterns that accelerate future AI projects
- Help teams identify where AI, traditional automation or a combination of both will deliver the best outcome

What we’re looking for
You’ll have strong experience in enterprise integration, workflow automation or application development, together with practical experience of:
- APIs, connectors, authentication and enterprise integration patterns
- Integrating platforms such as Dynamics 365, ServiceNow or similar enterprise applications
- Azure integration and application services
- Modern development practices including source control, CI/CD, monitoring and production support
- Security, identity and data-access principles
- Designing solutions that are reliable, supportable and ready for real-world use
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or other agent-development technologies would be a real advantage.
