Agentic AI Engineer

Location: London, hybrid. 2 days/week in client office

Contract: 3 months initially

Role Overview

Looking for an experienced AI/Agentic AI expert to help accelerate the use of AI across software development teams. You will work on improving the company’s AI SDLC framework, helping teams adopt AI tools and agents, and measuring the performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the AI roadmap and improve the AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework.
  • Promote Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted software development.
  • Train and support teams in using AI tools, frameworks and agents effectively.
  • Identify and measure improvements in team productivity and performance.
  • Continuously improve and document the AI framework and processes.
  • Drive wider adoption of AI Agents across development teams.
