Microsoft Copilot Tech Lead (Contract)

Remote | Fluent Italian Required

We're supporting an industry-leading organisation in their search for a Microsoft Copilot Tech Lead to join a growing AI Development Centre of Excellence focused on delivering intelligent agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Power Platform or Microsoft Solutions professional to play a key role in shaping AI-driven solutions across a complex enterprise environment.

The Role

As the Microsoft Copilot Tech Lead, you will provide technical leadership across the design and delivery of AI agents, ensuring the development team makes the right architectural and integration decisions before implementation begins.

You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and developers to gather requirements, define solution designs, and establish best practices for integrating Copilot solutions with enterprise data sources and Microsoft technologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
