Job Title

We are looking for an AI/Python developer, who is interested in building out greenfield AI pipelines and workflows. Ideally someone who would be familiar with PHP and Laravel as they will also be responsible for integrating their AI features into the main site. You will be working alongside a small team of other engineers to design, document, and build out the AI architecture to be integrated into the main site. This role would suit an AI Engineer who would like a long-term career in a growing company where they would be able to advance technically and progress their career. This is a remote role, with occasional office visits for training, development with the project architects and Team Leads, collaboration, and getting to know colleagues in person.

About the Role

You will be working with:

  • Python 3.12 and the FastAPI web framework
  • PHP 8.3 and Laravel 12
  • PostgreSQL and MySQL
  • Docker and Docker Compose
  • Git using CI/CD workflow
  • OpenAI and other 3rd party AI and embedding APIs and tooling.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
