Hartford Advisers is a corporate intelligence and investigative research firm working with private equity firms, investment funds, law firms and corporates.
About the Role
We are looking for an AI Intern to join us for three months and work on practical applications of AI across the business.
Responsibilities
The role will involve:
- Building and testing AI tools and automations
- Improving the efficiency of research and investigative workflows
- Developing tools to help analyse and summarise large volumes of information
- Automating repetitive internal processes
- Supporting business development and client research
- Testing new AI products, models and APIs
- Developing new tools and initiatives where AI can improve the way we work

Qualifications
You may be studying or have recently graduated in computer science, AI or a related subject, or have developed equivalent skills independently.
Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of AI tools and the technical ability to build and implement solutions.
- Experience with coding, APIs, automation tools, LLMs and agentic workflows would be useful.

Pay range and compensation package
The internship will initially run for three months. If the successful candidate demonstrates clear commercial value during that period, there is a strong possibility of a permanent role.
