International Law Firm | London
Work directly with partners to shape how they use AI.
Our client, a US-headquartered international law firm, is looking for a Senior AI Advisor to join its growing Legal Technology & Enablement team in London.
This is a senior, highly visible role with a particular focus on working directly with partners across the firm's international offices.
The brief is broad.
You'll work with partners one-to-one, helping them understand where AI can genuinely improve the way they practise, how it can support their teams and clients, and which tools are right for a particular problem.
That could mean:
- Sitting with a partner and exploring how AI could support a piece of work.
- Helping them rethink an existing workflow.
- Building their confidence with the firm's AI tools.
- Or helping them understand how they can talk more confidently to clients about AI.

You'll be responsible for:
- Acting as a trusted AI advisor to partners across the firm's international offices
- Working directly with partners to identify practical AI opportunities within their practice
- Advising on AI tools, use cases and workflows
- Running one-to-one sessions, workshops and partner-focused AI sessions
- Helping partners build confidence in discussing AI with their clients
- Turning individual solutions and ideas into approaches that can be shared across practices and offices
- Working closely with the firm's wider AI, innovation and legal technology teams

You do not need to be a lawyer. You could come from legal technology, innovation, knowledge, AI enablement or practice transformation.
What matters is that you understand how lawyers work, have strong practical knowledge of AI, and can sit opposite a senior partner and quickly build credibility.
This isn't purely a technology role and it isn't purely an adoption role.
It's about understanding the practice of law, understanding what AI can do, and bringing the two together.
