Lead Apprenticeship External Assessor (LAEA)

We are currently recruiting for suitable, qualified individuals to become Lead Apprenticeship External Assessors (LAEAs).

This role is a great opportunity to use your industry expertise, work alongside your current job, build additional income with competitive daily rates, and continue to expand your own skills and development.

Our LAEAs monitor and support an allocated team of Apprenticeship External Assessors. They provide advice and guidance to the Associate Management Team, Product Team, Qualification Assessment & Development Team, and the Commissioning team. LAEAs also assess and document apprentices’ competence against the Apprenticeships.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Hold both Assessor & IQA Qualifications
  • Have relevant technical skills and experience
  • Be able to evidence relevant and up to date CPD, which is related directly to the apprenticeship & industry
  • Must demonstrate skills / expertise against the Occupational Duties seen in Apprenticeship Assessment
