Job Title: Artist (Middleweight)
Location: Remote
Reports to: Lead Artist
Role: 6 months FTC but with the potential to go permanent

About the Role
The role of 2D Middleweight Artist is to produce high-quality art assets in-keeping with the Fusebox brand. Working alongside the Lead Artist to take concepts and ideas to final game-ready assets. Expected to constantly develop artistic knowledge and demonstrate artistic growth. Support junior team members knowledge sharing, training, and mentorship.

Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality character and background art.
- Ensure consistency across all art assets.
- Collaborate effectively as a member of the art team.
- Actively incorporate constructive feedback into your work.
- Develop conceptual art for new characters and environments.
- Execute concepts and briefs from initial idea through to final, ready-to-release artwork.
Qualifications
Art-related degree or experience in games.
Required Skills
- Excellent digital painting skills and anatomy knowledge.
- Proficient in Adobe suite, character design, environment design, game assets.
- Proven ability to create game-ready art assets that meet the development team’s specifications.
