Artist & Client Support Representative
📍 Shoreditch, London. Full-time, on site at our studio. £26,000 a year.
You are the first person our artists and photographers meet: at the front desk, on the phone and on chat. You help them get the print, the paper and the presentation right for their exhibition, portfolio or sale. Early career is fine; we teach the technical side.
About us
theprintspace & creativehub have spent 19 years transforming how art is printed and sold, with a blend of art, data and technology. We are the world's leading fine art and photographic printer and a social commerce agency, with studios in Shoreditch, DĂĽsseldorf, Dallas and DUMBO, Brooklyn. Our Shoreditch studio is where the artists come in: exhibitions, artists' dinners, portfolio reviews, and a steady flow of globally recognised photographers and artists collecting their work. The role
This is the front door of the business. You sit at the studio desk in Shoreditch and look after everyone who prints with us: walk-ins, phone, instant chat. Most of the work is advice: which paper, which finish, which frame, what will make a print look its best on a gallery wall. Some of it is problem-solving when something has gone wrong, and making sure the client leaves happier than they arrived. All of it is building relationships with people whose work you will come to know well.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
