Artist & Creator Manager, Social Commerce

📍 Fully remote (anywhere in Europe) or hybrid at our Shoreditch studio. LinkedIn makes us pick one country; don't let that put you off applying from elsewhere in Europe.

You find talented, highly followed artists & creators, show them a change in the art & social commerce market most of them don't know is happening, and build the commerce that grows their revenue. You're paid on everything they sell through us.

About us

Creativehub & theprintspace have spent 18 years transforming how art is sold, with a blend of art, data and technology. Today we have evolved into a social commerce agency that helps clients from marketing to order fulfillment, with facilities in Shoreditch, DĂĽsseldorf, Dallas and DUMBO, Brooklyn. The role

You own a roster of artists & creators as their manager and commercial strategist. You bring new clients on board, advise them on digital and social media marketing, and run the strategies that turn their audience into revenue: owned-channel and engagement growth campaigns, product drops, auctions, pop-up experiences, collaborations, online and offline sales events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Welcome, not necessarily required:

  • Knowledge of the art or social creator industry
  • An intuitive eye for the appeal of a creator or artist to a wider market
  • An interest in behavioral science and audience psychology

If you don't have every item on the first list but you burn to lead this change, apply anyway and make the case. We can teach a great deal; we can't teach drive.

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission
  • Comprehensive ongoing training from our industry-leading social commerce team
  • Career growth in a company widely recognized as the leading innovator in its field
  • Fully remote, or hybrid at our Shoreditch studio
  • Flexible working hours. A significant proportion of our clients are US based.
