Artist Management Assistant
We're working with a leading music management company who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Artist Management Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis starting immediately.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in the music industry who enjoys working in a fast-paced, varied environment. You'll provide day-to-day support to an Artist Manager, helping to coordinate schedules, travel, meetings, promotional activity and the many moving parts involved in managing an artist's career.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident dealing with a range of people, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay calm when priorities change. Previous experience within music, entertainment, talent management, artist bookings or a similar environment would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Artist Manager, including diary management, meeting coordination, proofreading and maintaining records.
- Managing and coordinating complex schedules, ensuring all meetings, performances, promotional activity and commitments are accurately diarised.
- Liaising with artists, management, labels, promoters, venues, agents, PR teams and other industry contacts.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers and detailed itineraries.
- Supporting the planning and coordination of performances, events, interviews, photo/video shoots and promotional activity.
- Assisting with contracts, invoices, expenses and other financial administration, working closely with relevant finance teams.
- Supporting promotional campaigns, including coordinating media, radio and press commitments.
- Assisting with styling, shoot requirements and other logistics around artist appearances.
- Preparing information, documents and schedules for meetings and engagements.
- Handling confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
- Anticipating requirements and proactively flagging potential issues before they arise.
- Being flexible when schedules change and occasionally supporting activity outside standard working hours where required.

About You
- Previous experience within music, artist management, talent, entertainment, bookings is highly desirable.
- A genuine interest in music and an understanding of how the wider music industry operates.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Confident communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
- Proactive and able to anticipate what needs to happen next rather than simply waiting for instruction.
- Comfortable handling confidential information and working to tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent diary management and organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other scheduling/communication tools.
- A collaborative team player with a flexible and hands-on approach.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours occasionally when the artist's schedule requires it.
