Artist Management & Operations Intern

Needed: university student with placement as part of your degree

Position: Artist Management & Operations Intern

Pay: £400 per month + Travel expenses

Location: Hybrid Role (2 days working from home, 3 days in the Shoreditch office)

They are a London-based music management company at the forefront of electronic music. Our roster includes some of the world’s most exciting and influential producers, DJs, writers, and recording artists. We’re passionate about innovation, creativity, and growth – spanning underground club culture through to global festival stages.

Role Overview

This role focuses on day-to-day artist management, creative coordination, and operational support. You’ll work closely with the Artist Managers, helping execute campaigns, manage artist schedules, and contribute to creative and marketing initiatives.

Artist Management & Operations

  • Support daily artist activities including scheduling, calendars, and logistics
  • Assist with general artist needs
  • Maintain project timelines, task trackers, and internal systems
  • Prepare updates, reports, and summaries for internal team meetings

Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing release and tour campaigns
  • Coordinate assets across social, PR, and marketing teams
  • Help manage rollout timelines from teaser to post-release
  • Support basic campaign reporting and performance tracking

Creative & Content Coordination

  • Liaise with creatives (designers, videographers, photographers)
  • Assist in developing and organising visual assets and content
  • Support social media planning and content scheduling
  • Maintain content libraries and asset archives

General & Admin Tasks

  • Update key platforms (press kits, Linktree, websites, banners, gig listings)
  • Create and maintain lists (upcoming shows, releases, content calendars)
  • Assist with press materials (draft interviews, quotes, copy)
  • Support influencer outreach and asset coordination
  • Help execute small projects (guestlist competitions, livestream uploads, fan campaigns)

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong passion for electronic/dance music culture
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working across creative and operational tasks
  • Familiar with Google Workspace and social platforms

Bonus:

  • Experience with content tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
  • Understanding of TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts trends
