Role Description

Amuse is growing globally, expanding our presence, and continuously building new ways to support independent artists. As we scale our international operations, we are looking for a driven, highly organised Artist Marketing Coordinator to join our team in London.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of our release setup, working closely with project leads to coordinate, execute, and track campaigns across a diverse roster of artists. From day-to-day release logistics and asset management to sync support and cross-team communication, you’ll help ensure every project moves seamlessly from early planning through to launch.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love turning plans into action, and want hands-on experience in label operations and artist services, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

What you will do

  • Support project leads with the day-to-day execution and logistics of artist campaigns across both frontline and catalogue releases.
  • Coordinate release timelines, team meetings, approvals, and asset deliverables to keep every project moving smoothly on schedule.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain artist assets (photos, artwork, bios, video files, and audio assets) for use across the entire team.
  • Assist with the rollout of promotional activities across digital channels, social media, DSPs, and creator outreach.
  • Support our Sync team with catalogue metadata, asset maintenance, pitch playlist curation, newsletter creation, and pipeline tracking.
  • Gather, organize, and track campaign data from streaming and social platforms to help compile clear reports for internal teams and managers.
  • Keep an eye on social media trends, creator culture, and music platform updates to flag interesting opportunities for our projects.
  • Communicate daily with internal departments (A&R, Comms, Social, Brand) and external partners (DSPs, agencies, managers) to keep information flowing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
