This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, commercial thinking and relationship management. Whether your background is in artist management, creative account management, client services, brand management or project delivery within a creative agency or premium brand, this role offers the chance to work with internationally recognised artists whilst helping shape the future of the UK's most successful contemporary art businesses.

You'll become the trusted partner to a portfolio of artists, leading launches, events and campaigns from concept through to delivery, collaborating with talented creative, marketing and commercial teams, and playing a key role in growing both artist brands and commercial success.

Clarendon Fine Art is the UK’s leading gallery group and one of the world’s largest contemporary art networks, representing internationally acclaimed, award-winning and emerging artists across an expanding portfolio of galleries. As we approach the opening of our 100th gallery, we continue to evolve our position as a market leader within the contemporary art world, combining exceptional artwork, premium client experiences and ambitious commercial growth. We are passionate about connecting people with art that inspires, excites and creates lasting emotional connection. To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, commercially aware and creatively driven Creative Account Manager to join our Head Office team in Lichfield.

This is a dynamic and influential role responsible for managing a portfolio of artists, developing strategic campaigns, driving brand growth and ensuring the successful execution of launches, exhibitions and commercial initiatives across the business. Working collaboratively across Creative, Marketing, Sales and Gallery teams, you will act as a key ambassador for your artist portfolio, balancing creative integrity with commercial opportunity to maximise both artist and business success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
