WHAT MAKES A SUCCESSFUL ARTS AND CULTURE PROGRAMMES MANAGER?

Our Programme Managers are fantastic organisers, facilitators, and project managers. They are reliable listeners and relationship builders. They are on top of the work they are doing today, while keeping an eye on the week ahead, next month, and even next year. They keep up abreast of theatre and print world, remaining alert to new commercial opportunities for the company. They are part of a team, that supports each other proactively.

Acting as the conduit between the business and a varied arts customer base, the Programmes Account Manager's primary objective is to facilitate the publication of printed theatre programmes - from receiving an initial brief, organising and gathering content, receiving and proofing amendments right through to sign-off and beyond. This role is deadline-sensitive and customer service, time management, print knowledge, and attention to detail are key.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
