1 Full-time Maternity Cover role, 37 hours per week (for up to 12 months)
Grade B: Salary Range: £28,902 - £32,322 per annum, pro rata
Location: Any of the Arts Council of Wales offices (Cardiff, Colwyn Bay or Carmarthen) with Hybrid Working

About this role
We are recruiting two Arts Enablers: one permanent and one maternity cover, for the following areas:
- Visual and Applied Arts (Full-time, Maternity Cover – up to 12 months)
- Theatre, Performing Arts & Touring (Full-time, permanent)
This role is more than just admin. As an Arts Enabler, you’ll be part of an artform team working in theatre and performing arts or visual and applied arts. You’ll contribute to exciting projects, support your team with day-to-day work and gain real insight into how arts funding and development happen in practice. You’ll see firsthand how funding decisions are made, how applications are assessed and understand what drives Welsh arts organisations, as well as the challenges they face.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Helping to organise meetings, visits and events
- Supporting team administration
- Keeping accurate records
- Answering enquiries
- Learning how funding decisions and arts development processes work
