Our UK subsidiary, Uzin Utz UK Ltd, is looking for an experienced Technical Manager (South). This role will give you the opportunity to work with a multi-brand provider, supporting the operational side of the business by working with the company’s suppliers, distributors, business partners, and end customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support and assist the growth of all Uzin Utz brands
- Assist Area Sales Managers and clients through site visits, the provision of technical specifications, and the preparation of reports
- Conduct subfloor moisture surveys in compliance with British Standards
- Accurately document test data and maintain records on CRM database
- Perform on-site technical investigations pertaining to product performance issues
- Provide support to customers through on-site product demonstrations and toolbox discussions.
- Manage technical enquiries
- Facilitate external training events for customers and partners

Essential Criteria for Applicants:
- Knowledge in subfloor preparation and the installation of flooring systems
- Ability to follow technical procedures and processes
- Good communication and delegating skills
- Ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Criteria for Applicants:
- Knowledge of CRM
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
