Job Title: Artwork Manager

Contract: 12-18 months
Location: Remote

SRG are working with a multinational consumer goods and personal care company who are seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to join their team.

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing artworks across European markets for the assigned categories of the Family Care and Professional businesses. Ensures artworks are developed, approved and delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with business and market requirements.

Key Duties

  • Manage artwork projects from initiation through to final approval across multiple European markets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for artwork-related activities, for the assigned projects. Ensure all artwork changes are implemented and approved according to established processes.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Regulatory, Packaging and external artwork agency to ensure timely artwork development.
  • Track project progress, proactively identify risks, and escalate issues when timelines are at risk.
  • Liaise with respective marketing teams for weekly updates.

  • Good project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Quick learner with the ability to rapidly gain proficiency in artwork management system (Visual Approval) and processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Junior role. Previous experience as artwork manager is a plus.
