Our Head Office
Our Head Office department is in the heart of Piccadilly and occupies the 5th & 6th floor of our beautiful flagship store. This central London location offers so much to explore including restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and only a short walk from the Green Park Tube Station and plenty of bus stops.
Role Purpose
Supporting the Retail Marketing team with artworking marketing materials in line with brand guidelines and standards.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and artwork creative concepts for usage in the retail stores, based on designs driven by Fortnum’s external design agencies: resizing, adding and changing copy, removing inconsistencies, correcting designs, typography, spot deviation from brand guidelines, file format changes
- Design and artwork ad hoc signage requests in line with brand guidelines and standards (mostly print signage with some digital signage) for the UK stores
- Support the Partnership, Membership, PR and Concierge teams with artworking as required
- Responsible for the production for all in-house produced POS signage and support with third-party print production
- Support with sending the created signage in the UK stores
- Ensure creative consistency across all print and digital assets, in line with brand guidelines and standards
- Efficient use of all marketing tools to help facilitate your role
- Responsible for saving and organising all design files
- Packaging artwork files

Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and other MAC-based design software
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office programmes
- Ability to work with all major file formats for print and digital usages
- Experience with prepress techniques and file preparation
- Digitally savvy
- Experience working with a MAC (option of a PC is available)
Desirable
- Degree-level qualification
- Experience working with in-house or creative agencies and other artworkers
- Creative input and participate in idea generation
Competencies, Behaviours and Skills
