We're looking for a brilliant, mid-weight Artworker to join our proudly independent creative agency, based right in the heart of Shoreditch, London.

You will be joining an industry-leading team producing high-profile, award-winning reports and publications for some of the largest global organisations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly capable and ambitious Artworker, with strong creative and technical skills, who is looking for a rewarding and challenging next step in their career.

About the Role

Our Production team are dedicated and talented specialists, who produce and deliver predominantly corporate and sustainability reports, via platforms such as CtrlPrint and Workiva, across multiple channels, including print, web and screen.

As the move towards ‘digital first’ gathers pace, and our clients begin to harness AI tools in their reporting, you will have a hunger and ambition to learn and work across these new workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent technical and creative artworking skills, good print knowledge, with a portfolio showing examples of large, complex design layout projects.
  • Professional experience working as a junior or mid-weight Artworker, ideally in an agency or in-house studio environment.
  • Proficiency in the relevant Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications, and ideally, some digital and CMS experience.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to perform at a consistent, expert level in a high-pressure environment.
  • Attention to detail, and adherence to best-practice processes is exceptional. This is a pre-requisite and fundamental to your role.
  • Inquisitive and curious to learn more, and confident in your abilities.
