Are you an experienced Artworker from an integrated B2B agency background, looking for a role where you can work across a genuinely varied mix of creative campaigns?

We are working with a leading global integrated B2B creative agency in London that is looking for a talented and technically strong Artworker to join its collaborative creative team.

This is much more than simply resizing and rolling out assets. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and client service teams, taking creative concepts through to beautifully executed final artwork across digital and print.

The role is based in LONDON - hybrid working - 2 days in the office/WFH split.

THE ROLE

You’ll work across an exciting mix of integrated B2B projects including:

  • Brand identity & design systems
  • Advertising & integrated campaigns
  • Digital & social content
  • ABM & CRM campaigns
  • Sales & marketing collateral
  • Presentations
  • Events
  • Film & animation assets

You’ll be responsible for ensuring creative work is technically accurate, consistent, and produced to an exceptionally high standard, while maintaining the integrity of client brand guidelines across every touchpoint.

You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape artwork standards, processes, and best practice, manage artwork workflows, and build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3 - 5 years Artworker experience working in a B2B integrated agency - essential
  • Strong experience across both digital and print artwork
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience using Figma
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and design systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and technical accuracy
  • Experience working across multiple projects in a fast-paced creative agency
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder skills
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach

Experience with Adobe Express, GenStudio, or AI-enabled creative tools would be a bonus, but importantly, you’ll be someone who is interested in embracing new technology and evolving ways of working.
