Supporting leading F1 teams and Formula 1 Management across all 24 races, our work spans hospitality suites, paddocks, garages, pit walls, fan zones, and factory environments.

Alongside motorsport, we deliver technical production and live event solutions across concerts, festivals, theatre, conferences, and venues including the Southbank Centre and Barbican. Based in Banbury, we are a fast-growing company working in some of the most demanding and exciting live production environments in the world.


Job Description

This role supports Live Wire’s business development and marketing efforts by producing and adapting artwork for pitches, presentations, and marketing materials to a consistently high standard.

You will work closely with the design and marketing team to ensure all materials follow our brand guidelines, and you’ll help prepare race-specific content for our F1 team accounts, working to tight turnarounds across a busy events calendar.


Responsibilities

  • Produce and adapt artwork for pitch documents, presentations, and marketing collateral, working from existing templates and brand guidelines.
  • Resize, reformat, and repurpose creative assets across different formats and platforms (print, digital, social media, web).
  • Ensure all artwork is accurate, on-brand, and print/production-ready, carrying out quality checks before final sign-off.
  • Support the design team in producing graphics for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
  • Assist in populating and maintaining a digital asset library, keeping files organised and easy to locate.
  • Manage several small projects at once, working to deadlines and flagging any issues early.
  • Provide artworking support for internal communications and company events as needed.

Requirements

  • Some experience in an art working, junior design, or graphic production role, with examples of work to show.
  • Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Good attention to detail, especially with layout, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior designers and the marketing team.
