Job Title: Artworker
Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid)
Client: Tesco
Reports to: Offline Design Lead
Contract length: 16 weeks

Role overview

The Artworker supports the F&F Clothing & Home business by producing accurate, high-quality artwork across a wide range of printed marketing and retail assets. Working closely with designers, marketing teams and production partners, you'll ensure all artwork is delivered to brand and print specifications, on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Artwork Production & Delivery

  • Create and adapt print-ready artwork for F&F Clothing & Home campaigns, including POS, in-store signage, leaflets, brochures and packaging.
  • Roll out high volumes of artwork versions while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure all files comply with brand guidelines, print specifications and production requirements.
  • Develop and maintain templates to improve production efficiency.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs and deliver artwork accurately.
  • Partner with production teams and print suppliers to resolve artwork and pre-press queries.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Maintain clear file management, naming conventions and archiving processes.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct thorough quality control checks before artwork is released.
  • Ensure consistency across all formats, versions and campaign assets.
  • Apply best practice in print production, colour management and file preparation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, accuracy and efficiency.

Skills & experience

  • 3+ years' experience as an Artworker within a print-heavy retail, FMCG or agency environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of print production, colour management, bleed, trim and repro requirements.
  • Experience managing large volumes of artwork and adaptations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong layout and typography skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
