Job Title: Aruba ClearPass Consultant
Day Rate: £500/day (OUTSIDE IR35)
Location: Hybrid
Contract Length: 2 months
Aruba ClearPass Consultant - Role & Responsibilities
- Review the existing Cisco ISE environment and produce the solution design, migration strategy and implementation approach for the Aruba ClearPass deployment.
- Install, configure and optimise the Aruba ClearPass platform, including Policy Manager, Guest, Onboard and OnGuard services.
- Integrate Aruba ClearPass with the existing Cisco switching and wireless infrastructure, developing AAA standards and supporting the migration from Cisco ISE.
- Configure authentication sources, certificates, enforcement policies, device onboarding workflows and endpoint posture checks in line with customer requirements.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, including as-built documentation and knowledge transfer, while working closely with the customer, partner and internal stakeholders throughout the project.

Aruba ClearPass Consultant - Required Experience
- Proven hands-on experience designing, deploying and configuring Aruba ClearPass in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Network Access Control (NAC) technologies, including 802.1X, RADIUS, MAB, device profiling and policy enforcement.
- Experience migrating or integrating Cisco ISE environments with Aruba ClearPass, including Cisco switching and wireless infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, PKI, certificate services, authentication methods and endpoint onboarding (BYOD) solutions.
- Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to produce technical design documentation and engage confidently with customers during workshops and pre-sales activities.
