Mae’r Cylch Meithrin yn chwilio am arweinydd ymroddgar, cydwybodol, brwdfrydig a chyfeillgar i arwain pob agwedd o waith y Cylch. Rhaid bod yn rhugl yn y Gymraeg neu yn siaradwr newydd sydd wedi cyrraedd lefel uchel yn y Gymraeg. Gofynnir am gymhwyster blynyddoedd cynnar cydnabyddedig addas ar Lefel 3 neu uwch ynghyd â phrofiad perthnasol i gymryd gofal o gylch.
