Experience in CRM migration and platform modernisation Diagram • Class Diagram • Data Flow Diagram (DFD) • Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) • Swim Lane Diagram • Fishbone Diagrams Methodologies: Waterfall • Agile • Iterative Prototype
