π¨ ASB Officer Opportunity | North West | Hybrid Working π¨
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced ASB Officer to join a Local Authority in the North West on an initial contract basis.
- Location: North West (Hybrid)
- Contract: 3β6 Months Initially
- Rate: Negotiable
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of ASB cases from investigation through to resolution
- Conducting interviews, home visits, and evidence gathering
- Working closely with residents, police, legal teams, and partner agencies
- Preparing enforcement action and legal documentation where required
- Managing complex tenancy breaches, nuisance, harassment, and community safety issues
- Ensuring compliance with relevant housing and ASB legislation

Requirements
- Previous experience in an ASB Officer, Community Safety, Neighbourhood Officer, or similar role
- Strong understanding of ASB legislation and housing enforcement procedures
- Experience managing complex casework independently
- Excellent communication, investigation, and report-writing skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and external stakeholders
