We’re looking for a committed and compassionate professional to join our Housing Directorate as part of our regional Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) team. This is a rewarding role where you’ll make a real difference to residents’ lives by responding to ASB, managing risk, and helping people feel safe in their homes and communities.
Reporting to the ASB Manager, you’ll provide a high quality, resident focused service, dealing with a wide range of ASB cases. On a duty basis, you’ll triage new reports, assess risk, agree action plans, and investigate incidents, always working with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgement.
You’ll manage a varied caseload, gathering and evaluating evidence, taking proportionate action to prevent further incidents, and using legal remedies where appropriate. You’ll also work closely with internal teams and external partners to address ASB effectively and proactively across our neighbourhoods.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
