ASB Officer Opportunity | East Midlands | Contract Role
I'm currently working with a Local Authority in the East Midlands who are looking to appoint an experienced ASB Officer on an initial contract basis.

Contract: 3-6 Months Initially
π° Rate: Negotiable
β° Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of Anti-Social Behaviour cases from initial report through to resolution
- Investigating reports of ASB, nuisance, harassment, and tenancy breaches
- Gathering evidence, conducting interviews, and preparing legal documentation
- Working closely with residents, police, partner agencies, and internal teams
- Taking enforcement action in line with housing policies and legislation
- Attending resident meetings, case conferences, and court proceedings where required
- Supporting victims of ASB while helping to create safer communities

About You:
- Previous experience as an ASB Officer, Community Safety Officer, Neighbourhood Officer, or Housing Officer with a strong ASB focus
- Strong understanding of ASB legislation, housing management, and enforcement processes
- Experience managing complex casework and multi-agency partnerships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- Current Police Vetting Clearance is essential
- Full UK driving licence desirable
