ASB Resolution Specialist

Do you have experience managing complex anti-social behaviour cases and want to make a real difference to residents and communities? Join us as an ASB Resolution Specialist and take the lead on some of our most challenging cases, helping to protect residents, resolve complex issues and build safer neighbourhoods across our communities.

This is a highly rewarding role where you'll take full ownership of a caseload of high-level ASB cases from investigation through to resolution. You'll work closely with residents, the Police, local authorities, legal teams and other partner agencies, using a range of legal and non-legal interventions to achieve the best possible outcomes. From preparing court documentation and attending hearings to supporting victims and alleged perpetrators, you'll play a key role in delivering a fair, effective and customer-focused service.

We're looking for someone who is confident, resilient and able to make sound decisions in complex situations. You'll need strong investigative skills, excellent communication and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience in housing, local authority enforcement, community safety or policing would be highly advantageous.

A Standard DBS check is required for this role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
