ASB & Safeguarding Lead

Are you an experienced leader with expertise in ASB, safeguarding and supporting vulnerable customers? Join us as an ASB & Safeguarding Lead and provide strategic leadership across our ASB, Safeguarding and Community Impact services.

You’ll shape the strategy, standards and ways of working that help colleagues manage risk, respond effectively to complex cases and deliver consistent, high-quality services. You’ll also provide professional oversight on complex and high-risk ASB and safeguarding cases, supporting effective decision-making, risk management and multi-agency working.

Using data, customer insight and quality assurance, you’ll identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve our services. You’ll lead on performance, assurance and governance, making sure learning from complaints, incidents and case reviews leads to meaningful improvement.

You’ll lead and develop specialist teams, including our Senior ASB and Safeguarding Officers and Community Impact Coach team. You’ll build strong relationships with local authorities, police, safeguarding boards, health services and other partners, representing A2Dominion at senior multi-agency forums.

This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll bring together professional expertise, data and customer insight to protect vulnerable customers, improve outcomes and help create safer, stronger communities.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation that you’ll attend the office when needed to support your teams and attend meetings. You’ll also need to be comfortable travelling to other locations when required as part of the role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
