Job Title: Asbestos Analyst

Location: Tamworth, West Midlands

Salary/Benefits: £25k - £40k DOE + Training & Benefits

This growing asbestos consultancy delivers the full range of asbestos services and is seeking an Asbestos Analyst based in the Midlands. You will need the BOHS P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalent) along with experience working on a mixed-portfolio of sites, as you will be undertaking 4 stage clearances, perform air testing and audit sites. You will be supporting the asbestos team working with asbestos surveyors and liaising with clients. Experience / Qualifications:

  • Must be qualified with the BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications or RSPH equivalent
  • Comfortable demonstrating technical knowledge to clients
  • Adhering to UKAS and HSG guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • IT and literacy skills
  • Strong working history as an Asbestos Analyst

The Role:

  • Conducting 4 Stage Clearances
  • Full air testing, including: personal, background, leak, smoke and reassurance
  • Travelling as per company requirements
  • Recording accurate data and writing reports
  • Carrying out site audits
  • Adhere with Health and Safety procedures
  • Supporting asbestos surveyors, working collaboratively
