Randstad and UK Safety Consultancy Seek Experienced Asbestos Analyst

Randstad are partnered with a private equity-backed UK safety and compliance consultancy to appoint an experienced Asbestos Analyst across the North East.

Supported by major long-term commercial and public sector contracts, this role focuses on high-grade commercial properties and regional infrastructure rather than repetitive domestic runs—offering a quality-first environment with zero door-to-door travel tracking.

Why Apply?

  • Average travel time is integrated directly into your base salary to eliminate timesheet admin, offering higher than average salaries.
  • Half-day or full-day pay rates for overtime.
  • Complete flexibility between a hybrid company car, commercial van (with fuel card), or cash allowance.
  • Work across major commercial estates, higher education campuses, and national infrastructure.
  • Clear progression into Dual Surveyor-Analyst (P402) roles, Technical Reviewer positions, or Regional Quality Management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
