Asbestos Consultant / Surveyor – London & SE
Up to £400 per day (experience & qualifications dependent) + collaborative & supportive global business environment
A leading global Professional Services organisation is looking to engage with an experienced Asbestos Consultant / Surveyor on an ongoing contract basis.
Asbestos Consultant / Surveyor remit;
- Carry out either asbestos surveys or airborne fibre measurement for four stage clearance and re-occupation.
- Support the Project Manager / Senior Consultant on the delivery of multiple projects.
- Work closely with the centralised Planning team to ensure work is being effectively scheduled and carried out.
- The organisation and planning of personal workload.
- Production and provision of test reports and certificates to clients.
- Work effectively within a team ensuring maximum efficient utilisation of time.
- Maintenance of qualifications to operate within the asbestos discipline.
- Timely completion and submission of internal/external Quality Control requirements.

Asbestos Consultant / Surveyor profile;
- Occupational Health Certificates in BOHS P402, P403 and P404.
- Demonstrable Asbestos consultancy experience in experience, carrying out either asbestos surveys or airborne fibre measurement for four stage clearance and re-occupation.
- Excellent understanding of current legislation, relevant standards, guidelines and technical developments within the Asbestos field.
- Experience working with a range of client industries, undertaking Asbestos surveys.
- Accurate and timely reporting experience.
- Confident verbal & written communication skills.
- UK driving License & use of own car.
