Bradley Group is looking for experienced and motivated Asbestos Supervisors to join our growing team and support the delivery of asbestos removal projects across the UK.
As an established specialist in asbestos removal and enabling works, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and compliance across every project we undertake.
The Role
As an Asbestos Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all relevant legislation, company procedures, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate asbestos removal operatives on site.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with relevant legislation, HSE guidance, and approved plans of work.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
- Monitor operative performance and ensure the correct use of PPE and RPE.
- Complete site documentation, including site diaries, audits, and relevant compliance records.
- Liaise with clients, site management, and the wider project team.
- Identify potential risks and implement appropriate control measures.
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure works are delivered to programme.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience supervising asbestos removal projects.
- Relevant asbestos industry qualifications and training.
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and safe working practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to health, safety, and compliance.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
