Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst

Location: Enfield, Greater London

Salary/Benefits: £27k - £40k + Training & Benefits

A growing Asbestos Consultancy is recruiting for a thorough Asbestos Site Analyst, who ideally has a methodical approach and eye for detail. You will be working around the South East and Home Counties, to service commercial and some domestic properties within the region. Our client is UKAS accredited and is interested in supporting someone through surveying training, including the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent).

Applicants must have a strong track record within the industry and will be comfortable communicating technical matters.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Experience working as an Asbestos Site Analyst within a UKAS accredited company
  • Must hold the BOHS P403 and P404 or RSPH equivalent
  • Fully conversant in HSG 248 guidelines
  • Good literacy and numeracy skill level
  • Confident using IT software
  • Good interpersonal skills

The Role:

  • Conducting 4 stage clearances across commercial and domestic premises
  • Full air monitoring, including: personal, reassurance, background, leak and smoke
  • Collecting ACM samples from site for analysis
  • Providing technical feedback and updates to clients
  • Working closely with removals teams to ensure works are completed within agreed safety guidelines
  • Producing detailed technical reports
  • Wearing correct PPE at all times
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
  • Training into asbestos surveying
