Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst

Location: Nottingham, East Midlands

Salary/Benefits: £26k - £40k + Training & Benefits

A successful UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy has recently won new contracts in the Midlands region. As such, they are seeking an experienced Asbestos Site Analyst, who has a keen eye for detail and hardworking attitude to join their team. You will be predominantly working across domestic and local authority premises, ensuring to maintain high levels of customer service and compliance. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, who is able to articulate technical matters to clients and liaise with third parties whilst on site. Experience / Qualifications:

  • Strong track record as an Asbestos Site Analyst within a UKAS accredited company
  • Will hold the BOHS P403 and P404 or RSPH equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of UKAS and HSG 248 guidelines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT competencies
  • Adaptable to client travel needs

The Role:

  • Undertaking 4 stage clearances across domestic and local authority premises
  • Carrying out full monitoring, including: personal, smoke, leak, background and reassurance
  • Collecting ACM samples and fibre counting on site
  • Calibrating equipment
  • Producing thorough technical reports
  • Liaising with site operatives to ensure works are completed within safety guidelines
  • Wearing correct PPE at all times
  • Working to agreed deadlines
