Asbestos Surveyor | Haringey, North London
We are recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join an established and growing asbestos consultancy, working across a long term social housing contract in Haringey and the surrounding North London area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a P402 qualified Surveyor looking for a secure permanent position, consistent local work and the opportunity to join a supportive business with a strong pipeline of projects.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of asbestos surveys across occupied and void social housing properties, including:

- Management surveys
- Refurbishment surveys
- Demolition surveys
- Re inspections and targeted surveys
- Bulk sampling in line with current legislation
- Producing accurate and detailed survey reports
- Liaising professionally with residents, clients and site teams
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- BOHS P402 qualification
- Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Social housing or residential surveying experience would be highly beneficial
- Strong understanding of HSG264
- Confident working independently across occupied properties
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Full UK driving licence
