Our partner school in Romford is seeking new teachers for the new academic year.
An inclusive special school for 5-19 year olds in North East Romford, they provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young people with a wide range of education needs and disabilities.
As a teacher this is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a growing Trust and to help create an exceptional learning experience for learners within the school. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons in all areas of the curriculum and provide personalised activities to meet the needs of the learners within your class.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to be responsible for creating a positive and safe learning environment to nurture learners' development. The aim is to provide learners with the best possible opportunities to succeed with future goals and aspirations in all areas of their life including social, emotional, physical and communication. This school strive to ensure their learners reach their full potential to allow them to actively participate in the wider community and to prepare them for adult life. The post holder will be part of their teaching and learning function and play a large part in delivering a high-quality education to the learners who attend the school.

This Role Will Require You To
- Teach students with various SEN Needs
- To have a passion for and expertise in your subject area.
- To plan and deliver lessons which consistently challenge students' thinking and force them out of their comfort zone.
- To be a reflective practitioner constantly striving to improve your practice.
- To review and develop the curriculum.
- To review and develop the Tracking Assessments.
