ASAP Start - Full-Time Position

An inclusive and well-resourced specialist school in Reading is looking for a compassionate ASD Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism and associated needs. This full-time position is perfect for individuals with a background in Psychology, Education, or those with relevant personal or professional experience.

Key Details:
- Role: ASD Teaching Assistant
- Location: Reading
- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary: £90-£105 per day
- Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Ideal for: Graduates in Psychology, Education, or experienced TAs with a passion for SEN
As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them navigate the school day, regulate emotions, and access learning in a supportive, structured environment.
