Job Reference
Full Job Description

Pay: £35.00 – £40.00 per hour

Job Description

Are you a qualified and passionate SEND Tutor looking for a rewarding, flexible role where you can make a real difference?

We are looking for an experienced SEND Tutor to support a learner on a 1:1 basis who is currently working towards an ASDAN qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver personalised, meaningful learning that helps a young person develop the skills and confidence to achieve recognised accreditation.

The successful tutor must be registered to submit ASDAN evidence and have experience delivering and assessing ASDAN programmes.

The Role

  • Deliver 3 hours of face-to-face tuition per week.
  • Receive an additional 1 hour of paid planning and administration time each week.
  • Plan engaging, learner-centred sessions tailored to the learner’s individual needs and learning style.
  • Gather, assess and submit evidence in line with ASDAN requirements.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider professional team and family where appropriate.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the learner’s SEND needs while promoting confidence, independence and engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
