Job Purpose

We are looking for a Commercial Advisor to work with our brand [Pintuco].
Key Accountabilities
Implement the corporate strategy in sales points and execute sales strategies to increase the market share of the different Pintuco products in the supermarket channel.
Key Activities
- Identify market opportunities that generate profitable growth in sales and demand forecasting.
- Promote and ensure the execution of the sales strategy at the point of sale, accompanying the management of store teams and guaranteeing the display, visibility, and availability of the brands.
- Continuously monitor customers, permanently visiting their points of sale to identify new opportunities and verify the good use of the organization's strategic assets.
- Accompany and provide technical advice to point of sale teams to ensure the proper use of our products.
- Coordinate with customers, in an appropriate manner, the implementation of the activities defined by the organization (point taking, commercial accompaniment, training), thus guaranteeing an adequate implementation of each activity and obtaining the corresponding indicators.
- Generate sales reports that allow the client to take the appropriate measures to achieve the established objectives, as well as provide relevant information to the company for decision-making in the shortest possible time.
- Ensure efficient order management to maintain high service standards.
- Perform periodic control of the customer portfolio, ensuring timely collection and updating of customer quotas for future orders.
- Manage promptly the news that arise with customers that prevent an adequate commercial relationship.
- Establish and maintain valuable commercial relationships for the organization with the different actors of the point of sale: administrators, floor managers, reception managers, store coordinators, and other people who influence the result.

In large chains/Modern trade management (key accounts in store): execute the strategy at the store level, follow up on commercial agreements and achieve objectives per chain/store.
