Job Description
Ashmead Primary School – Receptionist/Medical Administrator
The Role:
We are looking for a hard-working Receptionist/Administrator to join our established team to cover a maternity leave ASAP. This post is 25 hours a week, 5 hours a day - Monday to Friday. Hours to be worked from 8.30 - 1.30 pm. This is a term-time only post, plus INSET days (39 weeks per year).
Salary is Lewisham Sc3 pro-rata salary approx £ 19,000 per annum.
We are looking for:
- Some administrative experience relevant to the role (receptionist/administration/medical administration)
- Experience in a school is desirable
- A team-player who is able to establish positive working relationships
- Good communication skills
- An understanding of the importance of following procedures within an organisation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time-keeping and attendance
