Air Source Heat Pump Engineer

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire, with regional travel

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Package: Company Van, Fuel Card, Training & Progression

Progression: Clear pathway to Team Lead

The Role

Valoris Group are working in partnership with a growing renewable energy company delivering bespoke low-carbon heating and energy solutions across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

Due to continued company growth and increasing demand for their renewable energy projects, they are looking for an experienced Air Source Heat Pump Engineer to join their expanding team.

This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations and wants to develop their career within the renewable sector, with a clear opportunity to progress into a Team Lead position as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, commissioning and servicing of Air Source Heat Pump systems
  • Working on domestic renewable heating projects
  • Carrying out fault finding, diagnostics and remedial works
  • Working with hot water cylinders, heating systems and associated components
  • Ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
  • Working closely with the wider installation team
  • Providing a professional and customer-focused service on site
  • Supporting less experienced engineers where required
  • Maintaining accurate installation and commissioning records

About You

  • Previous experience installing and/or commissioning Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Strong domestic heating background
  • Good understanding of heating systems, controls and hot water systems
  • Relevant heating, plumbing or mechanical qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Keen to develop and progress into a Team Lead position
