Enthusiastic about art & antiques? We are currently seeking Casual Viewing Assistants and Telephone Bidders to join our team in London.
Viewing Assistant
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, helping set up the gallery for viewings, keeping small objects organised and labelled accurately, ensuring display cabinets are maintained, helping assist members of the public with viewing and assisting the art specialists where required.
- Strong organisational skills
- Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Presentable, courteous and professional
- Excellent communication and interaction skills
- Good timekeeping
- Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team

Telephone Bidder
Seeking a confident, professional, and fluent Mandarin-speaking Telephone Bidder to assist Chinese-speaking clients during live auctions. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely communication between the auctioneer and the client, ensuring a seamless and professional bidding experience. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written is required. Paid Training will be provided.
