The ASO Specialist will drive mobile marketing efforts across 15+ brands, promoting iOS and Android apps with a global presence. Working alongside another ASO team member, this role is responsible for delivering impactful results through user acquisition strategies, conversion rate optimizations, and continuous support for app release and updates.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

  • Own and optimize our apps across all markets, primarily on the App Store and Play Store.
  • Develop and execute ASO strategies to enhance app visibility, increase downloads, and improve conversion rates.
  • Optimize metadata including titles, descriptions, keywords, and visual assets, to boost visibility, rankings, and user acquisition.
  • Run A/B tests on store assets and analyze results to inform ongoing optimization.
  • Drive mobile innovation by staying up to date with the latest ASO trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ASO efforts with regular app release cycles and ensure readiness.
  • Support the launch of new apps, features, and updates with tailored ASO strategies.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to drive promotions, including In-App Events.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines while coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong and effective cross-team collaborations and relationships.
  • Briefing, management, and research of projects in relevant systems.
  • Maintain app store accounts and manage user access across all platforms.
  • The conceptualization and implementation of ideas throughout the business.
  • Ensure internal documentation and knowledge bases are regularly updated with new and existing processes.
  • Manage communications with suppliers, agencies, and strategic partners.

What you’ll bring

You’re someone who brings:

  • Minimum 1 years’ working experience managing ASO on the App Store and Google Play, or relevant marketing experience.
  • Experience managing apps on the App Store and Play Store
  • Experience developing and executing successful ASO strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ASO results into clear, actionable insights.
  • Highly analytical with experience using ASO and app performance tools such as AppTweak, SensorTower, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console.
  • Proficient in reporting and data visualization using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator, able to work seamlessly with performance marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and prioritization skills

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some the following skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • A passion for and knowledge of casino games.
  • Experience in iGaming, regulated industries, or working with fast-paced digital products.
  • Exposure to App Marketing platforms like AppsFlyer, Sensor Tower, App Annie etc
