Aspiring Maths Teacher Program - £110 - £120 per day - Long-Term Role
A fantastic Secondary School in Tower Hamlets are on the hunt for an Aspiring Maths Teacher for a ASAP start. This is a full-time, long-term position running throughout the academic year.
You will be working across the Maths Department, teaching and supporting KS3-4 lessons, while having a focus on attainment & the quality of learning. This is the perfect opportunity if you're an aspiring Maths Teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience before enrolling onto teacher training.
There may also be the opportunity to progress onto a Salaried Schools Direct teacher training route via the Secondary School following a successful period within the role.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Aspiring Maths Teacher Program
- Teaching and supporting across KS3-4 with a focus on raising attainment
- Working closely with the Maths Department and experienced teaching staff
- Opportunity to gain valuable classroom and teaching experience
- Potential progression onto the Aspiring Maths Teacher Program / Schools Direct
ASAP start - Full Time - Long-Term
- £110 - £120 per day
- Term Time Only
- Long-term role throughout the academic year
- Located in the Borough of Tower Hamlets
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Must have a Maths or Maths-related degree from a reputable University
- Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
- Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of the GCSE & A Level Maths curriculum
- You must be able to engage and motivate students
- Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout
- Aspiring Maths Teachers are strongly encouraged to apply
