About The Role
Working within a busy manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling large industrial products using a variety of hand and power tools. You will be required to work from engineering and technical drawings to ensure products are assembled accurately and to specification.
The role involves working with metal components and can be physically demanding, with an element of heavy lifting involved throughout the shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term work with a reputable engineering manufacturer.

Hours & Shift Allowances
- Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 (8% shift allowance)
- Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 (15% shift allowance)
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling metal products using hand and power tools
- Reading and working from engineering and technical drawings
- Following manufacturing and assembly procedures
- Working with large industrial components and assemblies
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the assembly process
- Supporting production targets and deadlines
- Manual handling and heavy lifting where required
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous manufacturing or engineering experience (essential)
- Confident using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
